Stand Up Comedy Festival

Posted by: prince vince In: Events

michaelDo you wanna hear something funny?

Well, one of the best things you can do in your condition, is to go to a comedy gig.

As luck would have it, the new venue in Tontine Street, The Quarterhouse, is staging its first stand up comedy festival later this month.

Headlining is the hilarious and slightly eccentric Michael McIntyre. Among quite a list of performers are Rob Deering, Pete Firman, and Ray Peacock, James Campbell, The Scottish Falsetto Sock Puppet Theatre and more including a comedy workshop and free storytellng, puppetmaking, circus skills and improvisation events for children.

For more information visit www.standupfolkestone.com or call the box office on 01303 858500.

The festival runs from 22nd – 25th May
