Bygone Salty Sea-Dogs Take Part in Boxing Day Madness

Not for the first time, have we, the hard-working team at Spacious and Gracious, hauled ourselves un-naturally early, out of our toasty boxing day beds, in order to prepare ourselves to take part in the annual post-festivities dash and dip, into the cold sea off Folkestone’s cruelly-named “Sunny” sands.

After totally selling out at the inaugural Leas Lift Beer Festival back in February 2011, there was much anticipation for the second chapter which was held over the weekend of 23rd -25th September 2011.

With the Folkestone Triennial 2011 kicking off tomorrow (Sat 25th June), the Triennial team held a preview evening for invited local guests at the Quarterhouse last night, to showcase the artworks.
